Travels?

My favorite trip, so far, was a to Phuket, Thailand in 2005. I traveled with a friend, and we had a great time seeing the sites, tasting the local cuisine, night life, flora and fauna. Rode elephants, fed bananas to fish in the open ocean, parasailed, and more. Finished the trip with a junket to Singapore for 3 days. Remarkable part of the world. Very beautiful, and far more modern than I expected.

Pets

I have inherited "Foster", a Pit bull/retriever cross.

Sharing an Elephant isn't the same as sharing a cab, but a lot of fun. Phuket, Thailand. After the ride, the elephant, just like a taxi driver, went for the reward. Stuck his trunk in my coat pocket for a treat.

Daughter Tiffany riding MacDito at Ocean Shores, WA. We were there as part of a "Reward" trip for Tiff and her friends for doing so well at the Washington State Fair. (4H Group)

Salmon Derby Catch. Took 3 days to get, but it tasted really good. AND, I got a little prize for it. A bunch of Icicle Canned Boneless/skinless Humpy. Had great sandwiches all winter.

Standing in the money! Tail end of a Sitka Roe Herring set. This is the last "Bag" of fish from a large set. I'm standing on the vacuum that sucks the fish out of the net.
